Wildflower allows you reuse admin interface controls on custom MVC units added
Widgets in Wildflower eg (google map widget http://forums.wf.klevo.sk/comments.php?DiscussionID=144&page=1#Item_2) allow you to easily make custom elements that can be inserted & configure from within the administration interface of Wildflower. A widget is two .ctp’s and a icon (.png) – this means that a Wildflower CMS is easy for a php developer to set up & make a themed app with advanced features of cake brings into the mix, the admin is intuitive and streamlines management of the app & its content. With an inital set up of Wildflower (not adding custom MVC’s) just using Pages/Post Sytem & Widgets will be suitable for a number of projects – adding bespoke MVC’s will icing that cake and make it extra tasty
I am excited to see the range of CMS options for cake this is a testament to the power of cake1.2 — and the future is great too as 1.3 offers more that will be advantageous to CMSes
Congrats to Klevo (Wildflower) & Fahad (Croogo) & the other developers of the CMSes listed – and of course the Cake development Team who have made these projects possible

Croogo looks pretty good and the project’s site and the development that I have seen so far is quite good. I have tried it locally and like it and will be watching its development. I have also realized that the project owner/coder Fahad started using lighthouseapp for tickets and has been pretty active. Looking forward to more development.
