jQuery Dynamic Grid: XML Gallery
Today’s featured jQuery plugin is called the Dynamic Grid: XML Gallery from Nikolay Dyankov. It’s a plugin that lets you create an image gallery slider that is highly customizable, and by customizable I mean not only can you change the animation but also the layout (no. of rows & columns), scroll speed, padding, etc.
It can be integrated to Lightbox, which simply means great for viewing images in their full size. The plugin also lets you scale your images down (or up) to a specific size, so mixing up images with varying dimensions won’t be a problem, and it automatically centers the image properly.
Personally, what really piqued my interest about this plugin is that it gives you the option to plug in your content with either XML file or HTML code. As Dyankov says, they’re both simple to implement and they work! And lastly, yes, it’s a responsive design, meaning it adapts to the size of the window, as long as you don’t specify a width.
You can purchase the plugin over at CodeCanyon. Check out the DEMO.
