There is lots of time pickers styles and approaches out there , but none seems to focus on user experience accross many platforms and beautiful degradation. Because of that, Maxime Haineault do experiment and the result is an awesome timpicker jQuery plugin that focus on user experience and cross platform.

It has simple slick user interface and work properly on major browser.
