Turn A Photo Into A Vector Portrait With Photoshop

Vector art is a pretty popular style among graphic artists in that most, if not all, of them have tried to dabble in it at least once. It may look like pretty easy to learn and master… well, that’s probably true, especially if you’re only just trying to create random geometric shapes but when it comes to recreating something a little more complex like a human face then it’s a totally different ball game.

There are lots of tutorials out there that’ll teach you how to do just that (create vector portraits), but here’s a tutorial from Daniel Caballero that I found to be quite very easy to follow that once you’re done with it, it’ll make you feel like you’ve just reached the next level in terms of Photoshop skills. This tutorial’s so adaptable that you’ll be able to apply this trick on to pretty much any ordinary photo you want and turn it into an amazing illustration. In other words, it can be a great tutorial especially for beginners.

You think you’re ready to try it out? Well, start up your Photoshop and proceed to the tutorial! Have fun and good luck!
