Fluency is free admin theme for wordpress created by Dean Robinson, web developer and designer from australia. Fluency Admin give the WordPress admin interface a boost, with a new style and some cool features.

The new version, fluency 2.3 compatible with WordPress 3.0. Added more customisation options including iPad friendly menus, and the ability to turn on/off hover menus and hot keys as needed. Fluency Admin has been tested in the latest versions of Safari, Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer. Users of Internet Explorer may experience some display “issues” to to each browsers particular css-handling ability.
