Fancy contact form using JQtransform plugin and JQuery

Tutorialzine teach us how to create fancy wordpress contact form using PHP CSS and JQuery wiith the help of the formValidator plugin for form validation and the JQTransform plugin, which will style all the input fields and buttons of the form. In addition in this tutorial also using the PHPMailer class to send out the contact form emails.

this ain’t a wordpress plugin. or is it? cuz I can’t get this to work on my wordpress.

  Actually this is not wordpress plugin. This is tutorial how to make contact from. This tutorial using combination of PHP, CSS, jQuery formValidator plugin , JQTransform plugin, and PHPMailer.

this demo isn’t working anymore, it always says “the verification code is wrong” and it isn’t. This form was working fine on my website and now it is doing the same as the demo….

Does this include an autoresponder? Almost all modern forms have one.
