If you’ve got plenty of social media activity going on daily and would like to feature it in your blog, then SocialCrumbs is a free WordPress theme that allows you to curate your posts into one site.
Created by UI designer and developer Adem Ilter, SocialCrumbs fetches and displays your posts in a Pinterest-style board using IFTTT recipes. The masonry grid is responsive so it adapts to any mobile or desktop screen, and each post features its own icon from their corresponding social network.
To date, SocialCrumbs features 19 popular networks, but will eventually add more to the list. You can check out the live preview here. This would be perfect to use if your site is focused on events based on a brand, allowing your media content to be easily searchable and sortable by your audience.
You can fork SocialCrumbs on Github right here.
